What began in 1995 as a partnership between two noted land use and real estate project managers has grown into a full-service real estate development company. Sierra Holdings specializes in land use planning and entitlements; infrastructure development; and financing, construction and management of industrial and commercial properties.

Sierra Holdings' partners are known for their unique personalities and unrivaled capability to take clients through the acquisition, development, project financing and building of challenging projects. The partners' hands-on approach allows clients to proceed with individualized attention.

Providing clients with every facet of real estate development - from land acquisition to property management - Sierra Holdings' staff has grown to include the founding partners, experienced project managers, full office support, and project specific consultants.

Sierra Holdings assembles consulting teams to bring additional expertise and help clients navigate complex regulatory and permitting processes.
